Geodes are spherical rocks that contain hollow cavities lined with crystals. The name geode comes from the Greek word Geoides, which means "earthlike". Geodes are unique because each geode has its own composition that is different from every other geode. The only way to discover the hidden beauty inside of a geode is to crack it open with a hammer or cut it in half with a rock saw.

Sparkling!!

So much fun! Tons of geodes in this bucket and all were beautiful! Cant wait to make this an annual Christmas thing!

So much fun

Absolutely loved my bucket. Shipping was fast and it was such a fun time cracking them open. Especially loved the ones with darker coloring. We used a chisel and towel along with a hammer to get the breaks a little more precise, worked great.
I will definitely be ordering more, thank you!
